The protection of natural persons against the processing of their personal data is a fundamental right. Article 8, paragraph of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Article 16, paragraph 1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union determine that every person has the right to protect their personal data concerning them.

From 29.08.2019 Law 4.624/2019 (Government Gazette 137 A’), implemented for the adoption of measures relevant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the transposition into national legislation of Directive EU 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016, which strengthens the framework for the protection of personal data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data in the European Union.

The Company pays particular importance to the protection of the privacy and personal data of the visitor/user. For this reason the Company has created this Privacy Policy, which is totally compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Greek Legislation aiming to inform the visitor/user about the data that is being collected while visiting the website, the purpose of their processing, their recipients, their rights and choices, as well as the ways to contact the Company for any issue concerning these data.

The Company reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion without any warning, this Privacy Policy by posting any modification on its website.

Personal data is any information related to a natural person whose identity is or can be verified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a web protocol address,, ookie identifiers,, or to one and more factors attribute to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity of the natural person.

Sensitive personal data is personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, , trade union membership, genetic and biometric data for the purpose of identifying a person, like facial pictures, fingerprints data, data concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation and criminal convictions and offences.

Processing of personal data is any operation or set of operations, which is performed with and/or without the use of automated media, on personal data or on sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaption or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or making available, alignment, or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Profiling is any form automated processing of personal data that uses this data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict the aspects relating to the persons performance at work, financial situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements.

Processing responsible is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other organization which alone or with the contribution of others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Recipient is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other organization to whom the personal data are disclosed, whether or not it is a third party.


During the visitor’s/user’s visit to the Company’s website certain information might be collected such as:

a. Personal data which the visitor/user enters when signing up to the website and ordering the offered products and services, like the name, surname, fathers name, contact telephone number, postal address, email, tax identification number, etc. and

b. Personal data which are automatically collected when visiting the website, such as IP address, navigation data, browsers, login device, date and time of visit, etc.


The Company processes personal data for the exercise of its activity, the servicing of its business relations with customers and/or third parties and compliance with its legal obligations arising from the applicable national and EU law.

In particular, the Company processes personal data in order to identify the visitor/user as a customer or partner, to update the profile data, to submit a personalized proposal for the preparation of a contract, to send information about its goods, services, events, to inform about any offers. Also, the Company processes personal data for internal marketing and demographic studies, using non-personal data too. The purpose is to analyze and monitor consumer profiles in order to continuously improve the products and services and understand what might be of interest to the consumer.

The processing of personal data by the Company is legal for these reasons since:

a. The visitor/user has expressly consented to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes.

b. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the visitor/user is a party or to take measures at the request of the visitor/user prior to the conclusion of the contract.

c. The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.


The Company ensures safety, protection and confidentiality of personal data the tools used for the processing The Company engages not to forward, transmit, publish or in any other way disclose personal data to third parties, except if only necessary and for the purposes of carrying out the tasks assigned to it or required by a provision of law, a court decision, or a public prosecutor’s order and only to the competent judicial or administrative authorities.


The Company shall keep the personal data for as long as provided for in each respective case by the applicable national and EU law and in any case for a period of ten (10) years from the end date of each transaction. In case that any request is not accepted, and the transaction is not completed, the personal data shall be kept for a period of three (3) years from the date of rejection of the request. If a legal request occurs, the personal data shall be kept for as long as any relevant claim is still pending and until the expiry of the limitation period.


The visitor/user has the following rights regarding the personal data collected and processed by the Company, subject to the conditions and reservations provided by the applicable national and EU law:

a. The right of access to be informed about which personal data are collected and processed by the Company and for the reasons.

b. The right of rectification, to correct errors and inaccuracies and to fill in any gaps in the personal data.

c. The right to erasure in order to delete personal data from the Company’s records.

d. The right to restrict processing, in order to limit the processing of personal data.

e. The right to portability, in order to receive personal data in a structured format and transmit it to a third party.

f. The right to object, in order to stop the processing of personal data.

g. The right to withdraw consent, in order to withdraw consent for specific processing of personal data.

h. The right to submit a written complaint to the data protection authority in order to verify the lawfulness of the collection and processing of personal data.
