Purpose of the e-order service – B2B nature
The e-order service is intended exclusively for professionals, businesses, or legal entities (B2B) and not for consumers or private individuals.
Use of the e-order service requires registration and approval of a personal user account by the Company.
Registration and User Account
To create a personal user account, an application must be submitted with the complete details of the professional, business, or legal entity (e.g., company name, tax identification number, competent tax authority, address, contact information, responsible contact person). The Company reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject the registration application.
Access credentials are personal, and the user is solely responsible for keeping them secure and for all actions carried out through their personal account. The user is obliged to immediately inform the Company of any changes to their details.
Electronic Orders
The Company reserves the right to confirm or cancel any electronic order in cases such as insufficient stock, incorrect listing of details or prices, failure to comply with commercial agreements, or force majeure.
Minimum order quantities or other specific terms (e.g., delivery times, shipping costs, discounts, credit terms) are communicated to the user before order completion.
User Obligations
The user is obliged to use the e-order service exclusively for cooperation with the Company.
It is strictly prohibited to breach the system, gain unauthorized access, or exploit the e-order service for competitive purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Company makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the e-order service but is not liable for temporary interruptions, technical problems, delays, or any data loss.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the e-order service that are not attributable to its own fault.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website (e.g., logos, texts, photographs, graphics, software) constitutes the intellectual property of the Company or third parties who have granted the Company a license and is protected by applicable law.
